Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Ensure all orders are correctly labeled.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and replenishment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking and packing targets.
- Handle frequent lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand order information.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and use PPE.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in the logistics field is advantageous.
