In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently locating products within our warehouse, picking them according to order specifications, and packing them securely for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product accuracy and check for any damages or defects.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate boxes or containers, ensuring they are protected for shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Support the logistics department in meeting daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking, packing, or general warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product information.
- Must possess the physical capacity for frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Reliability and punctuality.
