Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency according to customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Support the overall logistics process by ensuring smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of required PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
