Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Process and prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize warehouse inventory in designated areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Follow all Lifting safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
