Our Distribution Center in Denver, Colorado is seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our Logistics team. This role is fundamental to ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods through our facility. We are looking for individuals who are committed to excellence, possess strong organizational skills, and prioritize Safety above all else. As a Distribution Center Associate, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise, accurately picking and packing orders for shipment, replenishing inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. You will be instrumental in managing inventory levels, ensuring order accuracy, and contributing to the overall productivity of the distribution center. The ability to perform significant Lifting and to work in a physically demanding environment is essential. Strict adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Perform tasks involving substantial Lifting and material handling.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Logistics operations.
- Operate various warehouse equipment after appropriate training.
