Plan and direct day-to-day operation of the sales and marketing function to maximize revenue and profitability and provide potential and existing clients with high-level sales service. Plan and implement annual marketing expenditure per hotel with the sales and marketing team, focusing on overall business. Execute quarterly activity plans to create focus for the team and adapt activity to support the hotel’s business needs. Develop and nurture relationships with key global corporate clients through ongoing account management. Perform day-to-day sales activity including face-to-face meetings, contracting and rate negotiation, site inspections, attendance at trade events, client entertainment and overseas sales trips (evening and weekend hours may be required). Handle CCD client inquiries from initial quotations through contract stage, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Develop and nurture client relationships within the conference segment through conference agencies, domestic and international tour operators. Collaborate with CDOS and team on proactive M&E strategy and identify opportunities to align with the hotel’s business strategy. Undertake monthly tracking of M&E room hire, food and beverage to monitor enquiries and conversion levels and call out risk months and opportunities. What You Will Need
2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment. A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment. Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
