About you
A highly creative, talented, and experienced
Graphic Designer
working within our in‑house creative team and reporting directly to the
Head of Creative . You are a collaborative and enthusiastic self‑starter with a passion for creative marketing across print, digital, and motion design. Supporting the Senior Designers, you will champion creativity by bringing brand strategy to life through bold, engaging creative work. With a keen eye for imagery, you will design and edit sales and marketing collateral, create social media content, and contribute to motion design — helping to shape a compelling and engaging experience for the audiences and communities we serve. Key Responsibilities
Support the Senior Designers with the creation and delivery of all audience communication including but not limited to brochures, direct mail, event previews, guides, signage, social media assets, video, email templates, banner ads, web imagery and buttons. Support on motion and video projects by designing title sequences, motion design assets and editing. Help produce unique and engaging visual assets that deliver a personalised experience for visitors, customers, and other relevant audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to boost audience engagement, personalise and tailor creatives to the appropriate audiences. To participate in regular creative thinking sessions, helping others embrace change and be innovative with their campaigns and messaging to maximise results. To work closely with the Senior Designers, Motion Graphics Designer and other freelance design and copywriters to ensure brand creatives and messaging are inventive and engaging. To work with the cross‑functional marketing teams to deliver impactful creative marketing activity across the events. VALUED SKILLS & KEY COMPETENCIES
Creative – passion for creativity, strong understanding of design principles and the ability to use visual and words to influence and engage. Motion graphics – experience designing title sequences, motion graphics packages and animated content using After Effects and Premiere Pro. Interpersonal skills – confident managing internal and external stakeholders and building valuable relationships. Team‑player – enjoys working with others and building effective relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills – conveys information and ideas clearly and succinctly through various media. Resilience – confident self‑starter, comfortable with frequent change. EXPERIENCE
Experience of design, content creation, bringing stories to life in an engaging and innovative way. Good knowledge and use of AI tools that have helped you speed up creative production. Hands‑on experience working with digital channels and knowledge of audience types. Skilled use of Adobe Creative Suite packages: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Premiere Pro and video editing knowledge preferable. Good knowledge and use of PowerPoint, Canva and Frontify.
