Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Inspect received goods for damage or discrepancies against purchase orders.
- Accurately record received items into the inventory management system.
- Organize and stage received goods for put-away.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Support the overall logistics and warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in receiving, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
