Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, winning new business, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
The Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activity within the branch while supporting the development and motivation of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing residential sales and providing professional advice to buyers and sellers
Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
Marketing and showcasing properties to achieve the best possible sale prices
Working collaboratively with the team to match properties with suitable buyers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other property professionals
Identifying new leads and generating business opportunities
Supporting the Branch Manager with team motivation, coaching, and performance management
The Ideal Candidate This role is open only to experienced estate agency professionals. You will need to demonstrate:
A minimum of one year’s experience within residential estate agency, including valuing experience
A proven track record of converting valuations into instructions and completed sales
Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills
A driven, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated approach
The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Natural leadership qualities and a passion for helping others succeed
A positive, professional, and customer‑focused attitude
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary of £25,000 per annum, with additional guaranteed earnings for the first three months
Realistic on‑target earnings of £35,000 – £45,000, with uncapped commission
Company car or £3,000 car allowance

33 days paid holiday, plus an additional day off for your birthday
