Responsibilities
Write engaging content across multiple formats (blog articles, website copy, social media captions, email campaigns, and ad copy)
Support SEO activities including keyword research, content optimisation and performance tracking
Schedule content across multiple channels using tools such as Zoho Social
Conduct research including competitor analysis, hashtag research and industry trends
Manage clients’ presence on social channels (research, community management, posting, scheduling, content creation and reporting)
Propose new campaign ideas based on emerging trends and features
Collaborate with the team to offer key insights and opportunities
Contribute to all aspects of content within the digital marketing team (blogs, video and still‑image content, ad copy and monthly reports)
Manage tasks and deadlines using the project‑management system, Plutio
Assist with website updates and maintenance for client sites
Create graphic design materials (brochures, social media graphics, marketing collateral) using Canva
Support email‑marketing campaigns (content creation, design and scheduling)
Assist with client management (monitor phone lines, book appointments), develop or interpret briefs for stakeholders and track delivery against specifications and timelines
Plan and coordinate marketing activities using tactics to acquire and retain customer segments with available resources
Generate innovative and creative approaches across video, images and other formats (online and offline) to support campaign development
Run research and surveys to gather audience insights and support projects
Apply copywriting techniques to produce persuasive copy that meets organisational brand guidelines
Build and implement multi‑channel campaigns across a variety of platforms (offline or digital media)
Proofread marketing copy for accuracy, persuasiveness and brand consistency
Use design software to create marketing assets meeting technical specifications
Research external suppliers to support recommendations and procurement of marketing goods and services
Organise offline and digital assets to ensure coordination and legal compliance
Publish text, images and video/animated content using a content‑management system
Create and maintain spreadsheets for project/budget planning and asset organisation
Employ technology and software packages for stakeholder communication, brief development, data analysis, report writing, presentations and project management
Use data and technology to achieve marketing objectives
Monitor and adjust campaigns to meet budget requirements and time constraints
Review campaigns regularly to assess effectiveness and optimise results
Measure and evaluate campaign delivery to identify areas for improvement
Analyse customer or campaign data using data‑analysis tools
