Sales Negotiator

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Registering and managing buyers Conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Achieving and exceeding sales targets Building and maintaining strong client relationships Providing exceptional customer service at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator beneficial Excellent sales ability with a proactive approach Strong customer service and communication skills Confident telephone manner and positive attitude Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated Knowledge of the Amersham / Buckinghamshire area (advantageous) Full UK driving licence (own car preferred) Professional and target-driven approach to estate agency What's In It For You
