About Cleo At Cleo, we’re not just building another fintech app. We’re on a mission to fundamentally change humanity’s relationship with money. Imagine a world where everyone, regardless of background or income, has access to a hyper‑intelligent financial advisor in their pocket. That’s the future we’re creating.
About The Role We are looking for a Product Analytics Manager to lead analytics for Cleo’s Product Growth pillar.
Our Growth pillar works across acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention, and expansion into new markets. You will lead a team of 4 to 5 Product Analysts embedded in cross‑functional squads across these areas, directly influencing how we acquire, convert, and retain users, improve payback and LTV, and scale Cleo sustainably.
You’ll work alongside leaders in Analytics, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design, playing a strategic decision‑making role while setting the bar for growth analytics at Cleo and staying hands‑on to deliver high‑impact analysis.
Responsibilities
Work with Growth pillar leaders to build a discovery and experimentation roadmap, ensuring data‑driven decisions across acquisition, onboarding, conversion, retention, and new‑market expansion.
Set best practices for how growth teams use data—metric trees, success metrics, experiment design, and decision making.
Support and challenge teams during OKR planning, tying initiatives to clear metrics, realistic targets, and trade‑offs.
Provide visibility to senior leadership on Growth performance, key‑metric drivers, and biggest opportunities.
Line‑manage 4 to 5 Product Analysts, supporting their performance, development, and career progression.
Oversee analyst workload and strategy, keeping the team focused on high‑impact work and pillar priorities.
Coach analysts in stakeholder management, storytelling, experimentation, and commercial thinking.
Raise the bar for analytics craft through feedback, pairing, and best‑practice sharing.
Proactively deliver high‑impact analysis that directs pillar‑wide product roadmapping and investment decisions.
Deeply analyze growth metrics to uncover trends, root causes, and segment differences.
Oversee the experimentation program, ensuring robust, interpretable tests aligned to strategy.
Continuously surface insights via pillar‑level dashboards, metric reviews, and alerts.
Define how Product Growth squads quantify success, building metric trees and shaping OKR targeting.
Work with Analytics Engineering to prioritise data‑modeling needs and ensure datasets exist for growth use cases.
Contribute to our data codebase and champion high‑quality tracking and hygiene.
Build and oversee self‑serve dashboards and tools enabling squads to act on metrics independently.
The Team You’ll Join You will sit within Cleo’s Data organisation, a 60+ person team of Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and Analytics Engineers partnering across product and growth. You will have peers managing analytics in other pillars and a manager who supports your development through regular feedback, mentoring, and dedicated learning time.
Qualifications
7+ years in a data or analytics field, improving user and business outcomes with data‑driven insights and experimentation linked to commercial results.
Experience in growth analytics—onboarding/activation, conversion funnels, or retention for B2C or subscription products.
Leadership of a high‑performing team of at least 2 to 3 analysts, setting technical skill bars and influencing strategy.
Strong data storytelling skills, building frameworks that shape product decisions.
Design and interpretation of large‑scale A/B experiments, solid statistical understanding of experimentation concepts and pitfalls.
Ability to pick success metrics, decompose them into growth levers, and create rapid feedback cycles with stakeholders.
End‑to‑end data pipeline experience—tracking, data models (dbt), self‑serve dashboards; comfort with SQL and modern analytics tools.
Track record of raising analytics standards through processes, tooling, or working methods.
Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and other functions to deliver results.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive compensation package (base + equity) with bi‑annual reviews aligned to OKR cycles.
Work at one of the fastest‑growing tech startups backed by top VC firms.

Globally distributed team—hybrid options for London and remote support.
