About The Role Reporting to the Commercial Office Manager, the Technical Sales Support will be at the heart of our technical sales operations, supporting the delivery of sales and technical expertise across GB & ROW. This office‑based role focuses on our Water BU product portfolio—Pumps, CTP, and Separators—and plays a leading role in managing our CRM system, reporting, and lead tracking. This role is more than support—it’s about strategic impact, relationship building, and channel development. You’ll work closely with architects, consultant engineers, and key decision‑makers to strengthen our market presence and drive margin growth.

What You Will Be Doing
Sales Enablement: Provide technical support to drive sales of Water BU products across GB & ROW.
CRM Leadership: Own the CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking, reporting, and actionable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with architects, consultant engineers, and influencers.
Channel Development: Identify and develop sales channels that enhance profitability and market reach.
Strategic Reporting: Deliver high‑level reports and insights to support business planning and decision‑making.
Compliance Advocacy: Promote a culture of compliance, ensuring all team members understand and meet product compliance obligations.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in sales support or technical sales roles.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Excellent presentation skills to customers and senior management.
Analytical mindset with a knack for CRM systems and reporting tools.
Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
Desirable
Strong technical understanding of Water BU products and applications.
Experience coming from builders merchants/manufacturing background.
