The Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring energy, originality and craft to the Matrix Group’s brand portfolio - working across standout names like Cowshed, Arkive and Soho Skin, and across categories from beauty and wellness to retail and travel. You’ll bring fresh ideas and solid design execution to everything from campaign rollouts and product launches to social assets and print collateral.
This is a brilliant role for a designer who’s ready to step up - someone who can work independently when needed but thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Creative Execution
Design and deliver brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social and retail.
Develop strong, on-brand visuals that balance creativity with commercial intent.
Apply existing toolkits and guidelines with care - while looking for opportunities to evolve and improve.
Support concept development for key launches and seasonal moments.
Work closely with senior designers, art directors and motion designers to bring campaigns to life.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, moodboards and research.
Brand Development & Ownership
Help maintain consistency and quality across all brand outputs.
Take ownership of your work and be proactive in pushing it forward.
Ensure files are prepared accurately and delivered on time, every time.
What You’ll Bring
2-4 years of experience in a design role, ideally within a brand-led, consumer-facing environment.
A portfolio that shows smart, well-crafted design across digital and print.
Solid Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as a minimum).
Confidence working within structured brand worlds -and a desire to push the work further.
A positive, curious mindset and a collaborative approach.
