Location: Full-time W-2 ONSITE opportunity (not remote)
Work Eligibility:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to directly support the VP of Sales and enhance our efforts to grow the business. Critical responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date visibility of the sales team's performance.
- Calculating performance comparisons for analysis (such as a Year-Over-Year customer analysis).
- Managing the forecasting process and tracking forecasting accuracy.
- Analyzing sales data to determine trends and best next steps.
- Managing the Sales Incentive Plan.
- Supporting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Supporting Sales demand creation campaigns.
- Assist in the contract lifecycle management of our customers.
Additional responsibility may include supporting analysis and initiative requests by the CEO, COO, and HR.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and a proactive mindset for driving process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, Excel, Salesforce, BI tools, and other relevant technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize sales processes.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Additional certifications in Sales Operations or Project Management are advantageous.
- Experience Level: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related roles within the sales domain. Experience in managing cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, adaptability to changing environments, leadership qualities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, market dynamics, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance within the industry.
