Disability Services Psychologist

Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Clinical Director, the Licensed Psychologist will provide counseling and therapeutic services to a diverse client base at our Oakland office. The ideal candidate will bring both clinical expertise and cultural competency to help clients navigate mental health challenges while also completing essential documentation and case management duties.

Qualifications

• Current licensure through the California State Board (required)
• Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Experience working with ethnically and culturally diverse populations
• Familiarity with clinic-based environments and insurance documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver individual counseling sessions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date progress notes
• Complete documentation for work accommodations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, CFRA forms)
• Coordinate and submit required insurance paperwork
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality care delivery

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $125,000 – $190,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

• On-site (Oakland, CA)
