Direct Support Professional

Community Supports Network is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the following shifts:

swing shifts (3p-11p) **part-time positions available

overnights (11p-7a) **part-time positions available

**$15.50-$17.50/hour based upon experience & education

**overnight schedule is a sleeping shift & is paid @ $10/hour

**all schedules do require at least one weekend shift

What you'll need:

• must be 18 years of age or older
• high school diploma or GED
• valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• reliable vehicle to transport during shift
• pass all background checks
• the ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support people in learning the skills needed to increase their independence in areas of life such as community involvement, job skills, education, personal health, and daily living skills. While using your experience, talents, and passion to fulfill our Mission, CSN will support you to learn more about your strengths and how to use them to develop personal and professional growth.

What you'll do:

• assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
• support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
• run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
• encourage and foster individuals' hobbies and interests
• provide habilitation & documentation
• follow health & safety protocols
