Position Overview
Rancho Regional Veterinary Hospital is ready to welcome an Amazing Medical Director with exceptional Leadership skills to help grow our practice We are also seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian who has a passion for general practice, surgery & dentistry. This hospital is under New Leadership & offers an Ideal Schedule, Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, No Weekends Our community is counting on us to provide the best care to their loving pets.
The Medical Director (MD) is responsible for providing strong leadership for the hospital, managing and mentoring associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The MD is also responsible for maintaining an environment of teamwork in which the highest quality veterinary medicine is delivered. In partnership with the hospital leadership team, the MD holds shared responsibility for the financial health of the hospital, directing staff and the overall management of practice operations. The MD also serves as a staff veterinarian in addition to the administrative and leadership duties of the MD role. Effective MDs demonstrate strong work and professional ethics, a positive attitude, and uphold a high standard of patient care. They are part of the foundation upon which successful veterinary practices are built and directly impact and influence hospital culture and morale.
Rancho Regional is a state-of-the-art, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care to Rancho Cucamonga, CA and the surrounding areas.
Our compensation package includes:
- Highly competitive salary $200K-$250K
- Associate Veterinarian Salary (Based on Experience)
- No negative accrual quarterly production
- Medical Director-Annual Stipend $10K
- Ideal schedule-No Weekends
- Generous sign-on & relocation bonuses
Our facility includes endoscopy, ultrasound, digital x-ray, surgical laser, full dental suite (including digital dental radiology unit and root canal therapy equipment), and an in-house lab suite.
Rancho Cucamonga is situated at the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, only 37 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles.
