Network Engineer / Systems Administrator
for a growing organization in
Lancaster, PA
.

This position is ideal for a technically skilled professional with
3–7 years of experience
building, maintaining, and supporting
hybrid IT infrastructures
across both
Azure and on-premises environments
.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking expertise and familiarity with
data warehouse and reporting tools
, including
Microsoft Fabric
and
Power BI
.

network infrastructure management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hybrid IT infrastructure (Azure and on-premises).
• Oversee the networking stack (firewalls, switches, routers, applications, etc.).
• Serve as an escalation point between the help desk, MSP, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure network security, performance, and uptime through proactive management.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and DevOps teams on
  data integration and reporting
  initiatives.
• Support data warehouse systems, including
  Microsoft Fabric
  and
  Power BI
  .
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, network configurations, and operational processes.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–7 years
  of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and networking.
• Strong hands-on expertise in
  Azure
  ,
  networking protocols
  , and
  system architecture
  .
• Experience managing
  firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs
  .
• Familiarity with
  data warehouse environments
  and
  reporting tools
  such as
  Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  .
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance work between:
• Infrastructure / System Administration (50%)
• Data Warehouse / Power BI Initiatives (50%)
• Preferred Education:
  Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Networking, or related field.
• Preferred Certifications:
  CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.
