Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Juno Beach location. This is a commission-only position ideal for therapists who are confident in their skills, motivated to grow their clientele, and interested in high earning potential.

Compensation

Commission-based pay with earning potential of $36–$95 per hour, based on service mix, experience, and client demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs
• Conduct client consultations and customize treatment plans
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and professionalism standards
• Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and service benefits
• Deliver a consistently excellent client experience

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License (required)
• Proficiency in therapeutic massage; deep tissue a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
