eNGINE
is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to support and optimize a large-scale Oracle Cloud environment spanning 30+ modules. This role is highly functional in nature and will serve as a key partner to the business—translating requirements into effective system configurations and scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Act as a functional subject matter expert across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, with a focus on configuration and optimization.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-fit Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Support Oracle Cloud initiatives and project delivery, including enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials and related modules, including workflows, security, and integrations.
- Perform and support data conversions, integrations, and system reporting.
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL, OTBI, SmartView, and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and drive timely resolution.
- Balance multiple initiatives while managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP environments, including at least 1 year supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
- Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud configurations, workflows, security, integrations, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud or ERP-related projects.
- Working knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (OTBI, SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio for UI personalization and extensions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building custom reports, interfaces, and extensions (RICE/RIE).
- Strong understanding of ERP security policies, roles, and access controls.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP web services.
- Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) for rapid application development.
