Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team at Icon Insulation. This position will be responsible for selling spray foam and other insulation services to commercial and residential owners. You will help build the client list and increase sales revenue, and support the company in upholding standards, quality, and professionalism, upholding Icon's standard of excellence and customer satisfaction. A successful sales rep will have creative lead-generating techniques and drive to exceed sales goals. You will use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative security solutions to prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
- Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
- Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
- Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
- Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation promptly.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must complete other projects, as assigned
- Meet work standards by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service guidelines.
- Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders.
- Ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Manage and maintain daily reporting.
- Answering new and existing customers' phone calls while following sales processes
- Cold calling, door knocking, and meeting with prospective clients when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Very detail-oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an understanding of basic grammar and writing.
- High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking
- Strong team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Work to obtain 100% proficiency in Icon's product offerings
Preferred Qualifications:
- One or more years of experience in customer service/commercial sales (preferably construction or home services).
- Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to change
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- Ability to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong working knowledge of standard computer software, including but not limited to: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM
- Working knowledge of CRM programs
- Dependable and able to work with little or no daily supervision
- Self-motivated and demonstrates an eagerness to learn
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
- Stand, walk, sit, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear
Compensation Package:
- Base Pay
- Commission Pay
- Uncapped commission
- Performance-Based Bonus Program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35, $75,000.00 per year
