Key Requirements (Must-Have):

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in
  Python, Databricks, and SQL
  for ETL automation, data workflows, and KPI generation
• Strong expertise in
  PySpark, Pandas, NumPy
  for data processing and transformation
• Proven experience designing and optimizing
  ETL workflows in Databricks
• 2+ years of experience building interactive
  BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire
• Hands-on customization of dashboards using
  HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of
  data modeling, performance optimization, and KPI automation
• 3+ years working in
  Agile/Scrum
  environments using
  Jira or Azure DevOps
