We are a busy, well-established dental practice seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our team. Our office is patient-focused, fast-paced, and known for delivering high-quality clinical care with efficiency and consistency.

This position is ideal for a dentist who is confident in general dentistry, works efficiently without sacrificing quality, and thrives in a busy environment.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Full-time, in-person position

Key Responsibilities

The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive general dental care, including but not limited to:

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Simple and surgical extractions
• Root canal therapy
• Diagnosis and management of periodontal conditions
• Emergency dental care
• Clear communication of treatment options and recommendations to patients
• Performing dental cleanings when necessary
• Accurate and timely clinical charting and documentation
• Collaborating with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active California dental license in good standing
• Mal-practice insurance
• DEA permit
• CPR
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Ability to provide high-quality dentistry in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, patient-centered chairside manner
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Compensation

• Pay: $700 - $770 per days worked (based on experience)
