About the role
Lead our culinary program to delight residents and nourish body and soul.
Create menus, mentor the team, and deliver memorable dining experiences.
What you'll do
- Plan, produce, and present high‑quality, resident‑centered meals
- Develop menus balancing nutrition, variety, and delight
- Train and schedule kitchen team; model table service standards
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and infection control
Skills & attributes
- Culinary excellence with creativity and innovation
- Calm leadership; advanced safety and sanitation
- Business acumen across labor and purchasing
- Team building and mentorship
Relatable experience
- Culinary leadership in healthcare or hospitality
- Programs serving seniors or vulnerable populations
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- ServeSafe (or obtain within 60 days)
- Current negative TB test; background check clearance
