We are seeking a
Senior Network Engineer
to lead escalations, drive SD-WAN modernization, and mentor junior team members. This role sits at the center of a highly collaborative environment and supports both on-prem and cloud infrastructure as the company continues its multi-year modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex network issues and provide mentorship to Level I/II support staff.
  • Lead and guide the organization's SD-WAN deployment, including vendor coordination and ongoing support.
  • Partner with Security, Systems, Data, and Application Development teams to define and deliver network requirements aligned to business needs.
  • Support a transition toward
    Fortinet-based SD-WAN
    , while contributing to ongoing efforts involving Cisco and Aruba switching hardware.
  • Work with leadership on planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization for network initiatives.
  • Manage hybrid network connectivity between on-prem environments and Azure using ExpressRoute.
  • Champion and implement automation across the network stack.
  • Uphold company values through integrity, ownership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset toward supporting both peers and end users.

Must-Haves

  • 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering or network administration.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting
    SD-WAN
    solutions.
  • Familiarity with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity scenarios.
  • Working knowledge of
    Aruba or Cisco
    switching/routing platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and coordinating deployments.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and a customer-centric approach.
