Summary

As our workload continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team in Austin. The right candidate needs to have previous hands on experience in the electrical field as either apprentice, journeyman, or master electrician. In this role, you will oversee commercial electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and other relevant regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Utilize project management software such as BlueBeam or ProCore to track project status.
• Develop system designs that meet client specifications while optimizing efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as either an apprentice, journeyman, or master electrician.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in project management within the electrical contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating techniques.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and electrical engineering principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Experience with project management software such as BlueBeam or ProCore is a plus.

Pay: $90, $110,000.00 per year
