Location: Sterling, VA  Need local or nearby state Candidates only

(Need Onsite day 1, hybrid 3 days from office)

Job Summary:

The Dell Boomi Integration Developer is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining integration solutions using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. This role ensures seamless data flow between systems, applications, and cloud services while adhering to integration best practices, performance standards, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development
• Design, build, and optimize integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere (Integration, API Management, MDM, EDI as applicable).
• Develop integration workflows, data mappings, transformations, business rules, and connectors.
• Configure and maintain Atoms, Molecules, and Cloud Atoms across environments.
• Integration Management
• Analyze integration requirements and translate business needs into efficient technical solutions.
• Integrate cloud and on-prem applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or custom applications.
• Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and ensure proper authentication and security.
• Testing & Support
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for all integration processes.
• Troubleshoot integration errors, resolve system defects, and provide production support.
• Monitor integration workflows and optimize for performance and reliability.
• Documentation & Collaboration
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Follow SDLC methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version-control best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with 
  Dell Boomi AtomSphere
   (min. 2–5+ years).
• Proficiency in 
  Boomi components
  : Process Builder, API Management, Flow, EDI, Connectors.
• Knowledge of 
  XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, SQL
  , and data-mapping techniques.
• Experience with 
  cloud platforms
   (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration with SaaS applications.
• Understanding of 
  integration patterns
  , middleware concepts, and error-handling strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work in fast-paced, agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dell Boomi 
  Developer or Architect Certification
  .
• Experience with 
  CI/CD tools
   (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Knowledge of 
  enterprise applications
   (ERP, CRM, HCM).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, Groovy, Python).
• Experience in 
  microservices
   or modern API strategies.
