ASJ Enterprises, a family-owned business for over 35 years, is looking for a hands-on, people-first Store Manager to lead our Hendersonville Jiffy Lube team. This location has great potential, and we're looking for someone ready to take the wheel and help steer it toward success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a team of technicians and advisors
• Helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and taken care of
• Overseeing daily operations — from staffing to inventory to sales goals
• Building a positive shop culture based on teamwork and trust
• Coaching team members to grow in their roles
• Rolling up your sleeves when needed and setting the tone for the shop

What We're Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience (retail, automotive, food service, etc.)
• Great communication skills and a people-first attitude
• Confidence in problem-solving and making decisions
• Willingness to learn and lead by example
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Solid automotive experience is required — you should know your way around vehicle maintenance and service operations
