Compensation:
$50,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive, experienced Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing insurance and financial advisory practice. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping manage internal team communication and accountability.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is required.
Responsibilities
- Follow up daily on pending insurance policies, underwriting cases, and application statuses
- Liaise with carriers and back-office teams to ensure timely approvals
- Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and confirm meetings
- Monitor and organize the executive's email inbox, flagging key action items and responding when appropriate
- Track the progress and tasks of newly hired advisors
- Coordinate weekly follow-ups with staff and internal team members
- Prepare reminders, agendas, and task lists for internal meetings
- Assist with document organization, digital filing, and CRM updates
- Create simple reports or summaries related to advisor onboarding, policy status, or task completion
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience
as an Administrative Assistant, in a supportive role for
more than one manager - Industry experience in insurance or financial services
- Bachelor's degree or related professional experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- No need for Visa sponsorship
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage follow-ups
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who is resourceful and takes initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
