SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Information Systems, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), will work with our business process owners and lead our distributed team of Microsoft .NET developers and INFOR technical professionals through this transformation. You will focus on leadership, delivery governance, and stakeholder management. The role owns the application roadmap, oversees the INFOR migration program, and ensures our Microsoft based web stack and AS400 data platform continue to run reliably. You will collaborate closely with the CIO, key business leads and the executive team to deliver in partnership with the business a highly automated, low-risk and low-cost ERP environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (include scope of authority)
- Lead & Develop Talent– Mentor, coach, and grow a high performing remote team of Microsoft .NET developers and INFOR technical professionals; set objectives, conduct annual reviews, and drive professional development.
- ERP Modernization – Build and manage an internal INFOR "center of excellence" to accelerate migration of legacy ERP capabilities; own the multi year INFOR roadmap.
- Application Governance– Oversee architecture, SDLC standards, security compliance, and DevOps practices—empowering specialists to own the technical depth.
- EDI & Integration Leadership– Maintain and enhance mission critical EDI integrations (X12/EDIFACT) with Amazon and other trading partners; manage SPS Commerce and third party vendor relationships.
- Project & Stakeholder Management– Translate business priorities into project charters, timelines, and budgets in combination with an IT led project management office; provide transparent status reporting and risk mitigation to the CIO, CEO and board.
- Infrastructure Collaboration– Partner with infrastructure teams to ensure Windows Server, IIS, and AS400/iSeries environments meet availability, DR, and compliance objectives (you will not be the primary sysadmin).
- Compliance & Audits– Coordinate SOX audit preparedness and ensure development controls meet corporate and regulatory standards.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (INCLUDES EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES), ETC.):
- 8+ years in software/IT with at least 3 years leading distributed engineering teams.
- Proven success delivering enterprise applications and ERP migrations (INFOR CloudSuite, LN, or M3 preferred).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft development stack (ASP.NET, C#, SQL) and system integration patterns (APIs, EDI).
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote talent, vendor partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project management discipline with exposure to Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Experience leading technical solution design for performance, security, scalability, extensibility, and availability
- Understanding of all technical components of a commerce-oriented web-based solution
- Working knowledge of web service standards including WS-* Specifications
- Proven record of success with problem solving, demonstrated by an ability to debug and troubleshoot complex software orchestrations and identify solution options and alternatives
- Good understanding of Agile SDLC methodology best practices
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and flexibility
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
(INCLUDE LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, SECURITY CLEARANCE, TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS, ETC.):
- Experience in automotive, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft development, AS400/iSeries databases and Amazon Vendor Central workflows.
- Certifications such as INFOR Certified Professional, PMP, or Azure/AWS Architect.
- The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
