Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a plaintiff personal injury Paralegal at The Corson & Johnson Law Firm in Eugene, OR. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with discovery, medical records and bills, working with clients and adjusters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, organizing case materials, and helping to prepare for mediations and trials. Additional responsibilities include communicating with lienholders, managing case files, and supporting the legal team in all aspects of case preparation and court proceedings.

• Strong research and discovery skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency with legal software used at the firm is a plus
• Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
