Role Description
Famspring is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position based on-site in Bellevue, WA. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct support and supervision to clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to develop individualized treatment plans, deliver parent training, and ensure progress monitoring through data collection and analysis. Regular communication with caregivers and other professionals is key to achieve optimal outcomes for individuals served.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis practices
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management techniques
- Understanding of Psychology principles as they relate to behavior intervention
- Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work with families and team members
- Board Certification as a BCBA with valid state licensure (as required)
- Commitment to ethical practices and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships
- Experience working with children and families with diverse needs is preferred
- Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
