FACT
and related regulatory standards. You'll lead audits, corrective actions, SOP updates, data accuracy, education, and cross-team workflow improvements. The role partners with clinical, IS, analytics, patient safety, and operational teams to elevate quality and maintain regulatory readiness.

Key Duties:

• Manage Quality Calendar, audits, and corrective action plans
• Maintain compliance with FACT, CIBMTR, and other agencies
• Oversee SOP updates, education, and annual competency tracking
• Collaborate across departments on quality initiatives and workflow improvements
• Support quality data design, analysis, and reporting
• Lead project summaries, workgroups, and presentations
• Assist onboarding and maintain 10+ hours of cellular therapy education annually

Required:

• BSN and active Washington RN license
• 3+ years direct patient care
• EHR experience
• Experience developing clinical policies/procedures

Preferred:

• Master's in Healthcare
• 1+ year supervisory experience
