Sales Development Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our

growing sales team. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and

qualifying high-quality leads for our technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in

research, outbound communication, and lead nurturing, with a strong interest in the public sector and

GovTech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in government-related sectors

• Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads

• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the business development team

• Accurately maintain lead information in Salesforce CRM

• Schedule and deliver product demonstrations for prospective clients

• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on referrals and past contacts

• Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and achievement of monthly goals

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

• Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Interest in justice, law enforcement, or government technology is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience with GovTech, SaaS, or legal/public safety sectors

• Familiarity with electronic monitoring, GPS tracking or similar solutions

• Prior work in or with law enforcement, courts, or community supervision
