Key Responsibilities

As an Estimator and Sales Representative , you will be the face of Biehl Brothers Contracting

and lead end-to-end project execution with a balance of structure, financial viability,

effective communication, and relationship building. Responsibilities include:

Profitable Growth

Identifying and pursuing new residential opportunities and industry connections.

Building strong relationships through depth of knowledge, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.

Staying current on industry trends, pricing, and competitors.

Identifying client needs, handling objections, and guiding decision-making.

Partnering with designers, architects, and trade partners to define project scope.

Preparing accurate, profitable quotes and compelling client presentations.

Representing the company at networking events and trade shows.

Smooth Execution

Ensure cross-functional alignment, clear communication of the project scope and

timeline, and removal of roadblocks.

Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and internal crews to keep work on track.

Serve as the central point of contact for project updates and decision-making.

Communicate progress clearly to leaders, team members, and partners.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate team performance.

Provide thoughtful retrospectives to ensure learning and improvement after each

project.

Continuously pursuing new knowledge and striving to grow by learning from

others, thought leaders, and through self-reflection.

Proven experience creating profitable growth and managing projects from kickoff

to completion.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and proactively across stakeholder groups.

What We Offer

Compensation

Weekly base salary of $1,250.

1% commission on the entire project, paid at the time of sale.

Up to an additional 1% commission after project completion, if

profitability goals are met.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $110,000.00 per year
