Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Overview

Wellness for Our Future, LLC is seeking a dedicated and culturally responsive Part-Time BCBA to join our outpatient behavioral-health team. The BCBA will provide assessment, intervention planning, and behavior-analytic treatment to children, adolescents, and families. The ideal candidate is collaborative, trauma-informed, and committed to delivering services that honor the unique needs of diverse and underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Services

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Provide ongoing direct clinical support to clients in outpatient and community settings.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Supervision & Training

• Provide supervision to behavior technicians, paraprofessionals, or support staff (if applicable).
• Train and coach parents/caregivers using trauma-informed, culturally attuned approaches.

Documentation

• Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance-required documentation within established timelines.
• Ensure compliance with BACB, LABA, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and agency policies.

Collaboration

• Attend team meetings, interdisciplinary case reviews, and staff consultations.
• Coordinate with schools, therapists, pediatricians, and community partners to support client goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
