Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, and configure SAP modules to support organizational processes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure successful SAP implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications

• Configure and customize SAP modules according to business needs

• Collaborate with SAP Technical Consultants on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

• Support SAP implementation, upgrades, and rollouts

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Prepare functional documentation and training materials

• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Functional Consultant

• Strong knowledge of at least one SAP module (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, or others)

• Experience gathering requirements and working with business users

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in relevant module

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations

• Experience working in Agile or ASAP project methodologies

• Industry experience (Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Healthcare, etc.)
