Litigation Paralegal

J&Y Law Firm is a rapidly growing Plaintiff-side Elder Abuse and Personal Injury law firm located in Los Angeles, California. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic and collaborative litigation team.

• Assist the trial team from filing of the complaint through trial
• Draft, propound, and respond to extensive discovery
• Prepare motions, oppositions, and replies
• Draft pleadings, declarations, exhibit lists, and other litigation documents
• Maintain accurate calendaring and deadline management
• Notice depositions, hearings, and other court appearances
• Coordinate CourtCall and appearance attorneys
• Organize and prepare documents for filing
• Draft professional correspondence
• Assist with special projects as assigned

• Strong understanding of Personal Injury law, including pre-litigation and litigation phases
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
