Construction Project Manager

Complete Concrete, Inc. dba Complete Contracting Solutions, an established general contracting firm in Rapid City, South Dakota is accepting resumes for a Construction Project Manager. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in heavy highway, paving operations, estimating and project management.

Responsibilities for Project Managers include managing construction projects from design to completion, primarily horizontal construction. Establishing working relationships with clients and owners and entire project team to deliver a successful construction project. Typical duties may include but not limited to: estimating construction costs, bid preparation, writing proposals, construction scheduling, subcontractor management, construction material buyout, change order management, resource management, coordination of construction project meetings with team, project delivery, etc. Top salary and benefits for the right individual.
