Position Summary
Sun Eagle Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support commercial and municipal construction projects. This role will work closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors to manage project documentation, coordination, and communication throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Coordinate with 32–35 subcontractors including electrical, HVAC, concrete, plumbing, and other trades
• Track and follow up on submittals and RFIs to ensure timely responses and approvals
• Maintain organized project documentation and logs
• Assist the Project Manager with scheduling, reporting, and project coordination
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Attend project meetings and document action items as needed

Compensation
• $70,000 per year

Requirements

 Qualifications 

 
• Experience with submittals, RFIs, and change orders in commercial construction  

• Experience supporting commercial and/or municipal projects  

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

 
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience using construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms
