Title: Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote for the Kansas City Market

PDS is currently hiring a Senior Technical IT Recruiter for a Direct Hire, Remote position for the Kansas City market. This role offers a competitive base salary, a compelling commission structure, uncapped commission potential, and a comprehensive benefit package.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct all aspects of the recruiting life cycle from sourcing to placement, including building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, contractors, and clients, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with our company values.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent, including attending networking events, and leveraging social media platforms.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to improve the recruiting process and make informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting the company's culture and values to potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Tenured successful recruiting experience in staffing, handling full life cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an IT background.
• Exceptional ability to build and manage relationships across a variety of stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and driven with a sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Understanding of technical roles and technical skills in the IT and aerospace sectors.
• Negotiation skills.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions to recruiting challenges.
