Job Summary – Lead HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have4 years MINIMUM of hands-on HVAC experience and strong leadership skills. In this role, you will not only perform advanced service and installation work, but also mentor junior technicians in troubleshooting and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Lead and mentor fellow technicians, providing training and troubleshooting guidance.
• Perform brazing, sheet metal work, and other advanced HVAC skills.
• Ensure all work meets safety codes and company quality standards.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, maintaining strong communication and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 4 years MINIMUM of hands-on HVAC experience with proven technical ability.
• Strong knowledge of system diagnostics, servicing, and installations.
• Proficiency in brazing and sheet metal work.
• Leadership ability with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
• EPA certification and valid driver's license required.
