The In-N-Out Burger I.T. Infrastructure team has an excellent opportunity for an Executive IT Support Specialist, located in the Irvine, CA office. The Executive IT Support Specialist is an experienced IT professional responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT family support operations and implementing advanced equipment solutions. The Executive IT Support Specialist works closely with IT management and family office, ensuring that all support processes are optimized and well-documented. This associate reports in to the IT Facilities Supervisor.

General Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising day-to-day IT family support operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in alignment with company goals
• Provide regular updates to management on team performance, project progress, and any support challenges encountered
• Research and assist customers in implementing equipment solutions while staying up to date with industry standards and emerging technologies
• Provide Tier 2 support in a specific system, craft, or technology, acting as a subject matter expert in that area
• Lead the implementation of equipment solutions, conducting research and staying up to date with equipment standards and emerging technologies
• Make recommendations to management regarding equipment, system improvements, and process enhancements
• Lead and direct the work of others, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate effectively with IT management and customers, addressing issues, providing updates, and recommending solutions as needed

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time, Exempt
• Pay Range: $103,000-$110,000 annual

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

• Office hours in Irvine, CA: M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Emails/texts may arise outside of these work hours
• Must be flexible with working nights/weekends, etc. depending on INO events, activities, and family needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in IT Technical support
• Experience working with A/V Equipment, Smart Home Technologies and Networking
• Experience with Apple products, including iCloud, backups, and device support. Apple Support Certification strongly encouraged
• Proficient with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting (speakers, projectors, etc.)
• Advanced technical proficiency and expertise in IT systems, equipment, and troubleshooting
• Ability to lead and guide others, providing training and oversight to junior technicians
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with management, customers, and cross-functional teams
• Experience with project coordination and the ability to manage small to medium-sized projects
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and specialized technical education

Work Location Details

In-N-Out Burger plans to bring its west coast headquarters team back together under one roof by the end of 2029. After maintaining two Southern California office locations for many years, the company will permanently close its Irvine office in 2029 and once again headquarter the company's western territory solely in Baldwin Park, California, where the company was founded in 1948.

Newly hired Associates in Irvine will be eligible to participate in the group move to Tennessee with relocation assistance or work from our western headquarters in Baldwin Park, CA, upon its opening in 2029.
