The Opportunity As a Fullstack Engineer at Woodside, you'll help build and launch new products across our portfolio. You'll work on end-to-end product development; from shaping ideas to deploying production-ready MVPs. You'll collaborate with a small, experienced engineering team that values autonomy, clear thinking, and shipping great work.This is a hands-on role suited to engineers who like variety, care about product outcomes, and enjoy building things that move quickly from concept to real-world use.
What You'll Do

Build and launch web applications and MVPs for Woodside's portfolio companies.

Collaborate within a small, fast-moving scrum team to deliver high-quality products.

Work across the stack - from frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure.

Participate in daily standups, weekly engineering syncs, and "show and tell" demos.

Contribute to architecture and system design discussions with the broader engineering team.

Leverage cutting-edge tools and technologies - including LLMs, Claude Code, and Cursor; to solve complex engineering problems.

Take ownership of features end-to-end, from ideation to deployment.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and

Solid understanding of AWS, Python, and modern DevOps practices.

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, FastAPI, , and Terraform.

Proven ability to work autonomously in a small, results-driven team.

Strong product mindset, comfortable working through ambiguity and building MVPs fast.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

For one seat: frontend-leaning full stack engineer with a strong design sense.

For the other seat: backend-leaning full stack engineer with systems design experience.

Nice to Have

Experience working in startups or small, high-autonomy teams.

Interest in AI and enthusiasm for leveraging new technologies to build innovative products.

Background in consumer or enterprise tech companies known for engineering rigor (e.g., Stripe, Airbnb).

Experience scaling systems or contributing to distributed architectures.
