This position plays a critical role in driving Sherpa 6's growth by optimizing processes, tools, and strategies that support the business development team. This individual will understand strategy and execution overseeing sales operations, pipeline management, data analytics, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficiency, scalability, and measurable results across the organization's growth initiatives. This position works with business development leaders to understand corporate strategy and initiatives that make up the daily operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage business development processes to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and overall team performance.
- Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and usability.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and generate reports to monitor and evaluate sales and partnership performance.
- Collaborate with business development leadership to identify and remove operational bottlenecks and improve workflow between business development, marketing, finance, and delivery teams.
- Partner with business development leadership to set quarterly and annual growth targets and track progress toward goals.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, automation, and technologies to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.
- Work with Finance to develop pricing models, proposals, and revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate with Product or Service teams to ensure client feedback and market trends inform offering development.
Requirements:
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth, B2B, SaaS, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with revenue operations (RevOps) frameworks and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of financial modeling, contract management, or proposal development processes.

Salary Range:
The proposed salary range is reflective across all Sherpa 6 locations, years of experience, and skill levels. Salary negotiations will be based on a host of factors including but not limited to your geographic location, prior experience, relevant skills, education, and certifications.
