*What You'll Do *
This position will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, status reporting, and escalation of maintenance priority and scheduled work activities. This position will interface with support groups, customers and all resources critical to completing maintenance activities for Production, projects, Balance of Plant (BOP), Security and Emergency services to address equipment/system upgrades, breakdowns and work week schedules. This position will interface with Senior Leadership, as necessary, to accomplish safe, efficient, and compliant execution of maintenance activities with an end goal of increasing operational availability of production assets, systems, and facilities. This position will assist in development of priorities based on guidance from Production, Projects and BOP managers.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Typical experience ranging from 10 to 15 years.
• Master's degree: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Typical experience ranging from 10 to 15 years.
• PhD: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Applicants with high school diplomas may be considered on an exceptional basis if they have 15 or more years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science discipline to preferred.
• Strong grasp of issues related to performing maintenance and operations work in production areas to strengthen the interface between Maintenance and Operations.

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.

Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
