is seeking an accomplished and highly strategic
Program Manager
to lead the successful introduction of our most significant new customer-facing programs. This high-visibility role is critical to our growth strategy, requiring an individual who can manage complex projects involving both advanced technical development and large-scale operational change. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment and has a proven track record of bringing major new offerings to market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiative Delivery

  • End-to-End Delivery Ownership:
    Manage the entire project lifecycle for significant new customer-facing programs and offerings from strategic planning through successful market introduction and subsequent stabilization.
  • Integrated Plan Execution:
    Drive the execution of the full organizational readiness plan, ensuring all business unit activities (marketing, operations, support, engineering) are completed, synchronized, and aligned with project timelines.
  • Market Readiness:
    Define, track, and manage all critical path dependencies across complex, multi-departmental initiatives to ensure a successful and timely public release of new capabilities.

Organizational Alignment & Risk Management

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    Serve as the central program leader, ensuring clear, consistent communication and coordinated efforts among high-level stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Proactive Risk Mitigation:
    Identify potential roadblocks and systemic risks that could impact the customer experience or launch timeline, and rapidly develop and execute comprehensive mitigation strategies.

Customer Focus and Quality Assurance

  • Experience Assurance:
    Maintain a rigorous focus on the end-user experience, ensuring that the launched program meets high standards for quality, accessibility, and ease of use.
  • Organizational Enablement:
    Ensure all internal teams are fully prepared and enabled to support the new offering at scale, including comprehensive training and documentation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Project Experience:
    Proven experience managing at least two large-scale, high-visibility
    New Program Introductions (NPI)
    or strategic, customer-facing initiatives with significant cross-functional dependencies.
  • Scope and Scale:
    Experience managing projects that involve significant technical development
    AND
    new operational or logistical structures (e.g., supply chain integration, novel fulfillment processes).
  • Methodology:
    Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and relevant tooling (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Leadership & Communication:
    Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills with the ability to manage conflict and drive consensus among senior executive and technical teams.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
