Opportunities for professional technicians and customer service professionals are now available across the country. JOB SUMMARY This position cleans and sanitizes HVAC duct systems. JOB DUTIES
- Performs HVAC duct cleaning
- Conducts Club Memberships and marketed maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls
- Accurately documents:
- Age and type of each system component on invoices
- Services completed
- Discussion with customer regarding current and/or future equipment/service requirements
- Invoices and cost for service
- Focuses on technical excellence in order to help live up to the company's unique proposition of Always on Time…Or You Don't Pay A Dime
- Obeys the Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy
- Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
- Debriefs service call with dispatch after each service call.
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Wears floor savers while in the client's home
- Inspects area for cleanliness after job completion.
- Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Must be self-motivated, self-started, results driven individual
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
- Climbing, heavy lifting, loud noise, crawling, working in confined spaces, pushing/pulling, carrying equipment, bending, turning, kneeling. Suggested Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units.
- Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
- Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception.
- Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation to a known disability.
