About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bowling Green, KY. This full-time position plays a vital role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across our locations. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to HR management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and a strong understanding of employment laws and best practices. As part of our leadership team, you will contribute to shaping our company's growth trajectory and ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to retention.

Qualifications
Required qualifications include:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in business management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to various wash sites or regional offices as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, problem-solving, and independent thinking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS payroll software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and foster positive employee relations.

Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the management and posting of job openings across platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience by managing communication throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
  • Conducting initial phone screens and coordinating interviews, culminating in extending offers of employment.
  • Developing a pipeline of prospective talent to meet current and future staffing demands.
  • Participating in and organizing in-person and virtual hiring events to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Providing onboarding support to new hires and assisting managers with orientation programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies across all locations.
  • Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Supporting performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
